Well, following social movements I've decided to create this blog where the main theme will be my motorbike trips/adventures
Para empezar contaré un poco a cerca de mi mismo.
Desde muy joven he estado cerca de motos, era aún un niño cuando mi hermano se compró su primera 'vespino'; según yo crecía él iba evolucionando. Aprendí con una de ellas y también tuve mi primer accidente, bastante gracioso y sin consecuencias.
Mientras llegaba a la adolescencia algunos de mis amigos empezaron a tener scooters e incluso hicimos nuestros pinitos como mecánicos.
Pero no fue hasta que me independicé, unos cuantos años después, cuando adquirí mi primera moto. Aunque había tenido relaciones con motos no estaba muy ligado a ellas, de hecho el motivo de comprar una fue por el mero hecho de facilitarme el transporte ya que entonces vivía en una ciudad en la que el clima era muy agradable. Con esta moto hice muchos viajes (y tonterías), no muy lejanos, y guardo grandes recuerdos.
Con el tiempo cambié de ciudad y deje de un lado el tema de la moto, pero no tardó mucho en resurgir y al final me hice con una siniestrada que un amigo me ayudó a arreglar. Fue una gran moto e hizo una labor maravillosa.
Hace no mucho por circunstancias de la vida me vi en posición de sacarme el carnet y comprarme (al día siguiente de aprobarlo) finalmente una moto ‘grande’.
To start with I'll write a little bit about myself.
Since I was very young I've been around motorbikes, I was still a kid when my brother bought his first 'vespino', as I was growing he was improving his ride. I learnt with one of them and had my first crash with it, quite funny and harmless.
Becoming a teenager some of my friends had scooters and we got to fix a couple of them.
It wasn't until I started living by myself, some years after, that I got my first motorbike. Even thought I've been next to motorbikes I wasn't very interested in them, in fact, the reason I bought that one was because of commuting given the good weather of the city I was living. With that motorbike I did lots of trips (and silly things), not very far, and I keep great memories from it.
With time I switched cities and left the motorbikes thing at one side, not long it came back and bought a written off motorbike that a friend helped me to put back on the road. It was a great bike and it did a brilliant job.
A couple of months ago, for different reasons I had the chance to get the full license and buy (the next day I got it) a 'proper' motorbike
El primer día que salí con ella las condiciones no eran las mejores, el tiempo, la inexperiencia, años sin llevar paquete, etc, pero ambos nos portamos bastante bien.

The first day I rode it the conditions weren't the best ones, the weather, my inexperience, years without carring pillion passenger, etc, but we both did well.
